Returns & Exchanges

You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment. Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.

LontanoStyle includes a prepaid mailing label in your package that is to be attached to the outside of your return package. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.

If the aforementioned requirements are satisfied, you will be reimbursed for both the products you returned and the original delivery fees that you paid (except in the case of a partial return).

Purchases made between November 25 and December 25 of 2022 is eligible for returns up till January 8, 2023.
